Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Solid & Striped pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size, or a store credit with a bonus incentive.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
